TASK ENGINE AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Affiliate Terms of Service govern your participation in the Task Engine Affiliate Program operated by Task Engine. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Enrollment
Participation requires approval by Task Engine. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at all times.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Affiliates are issued a unique tracking link. All referrals must use this link to qualify for commissions.
3.1 Cookie Duration
Task Engine uses a 365-day cookie window. If a user clicks your affiliate link, you will receive credit for purchases made within 365 days, provided the cookie remains active.
The Program operates on a last-click attribution model prior to purchase.
4. Commission Structure
4.1 Commission Rate
Affiliates earn a 40% commission on all qualifying sales.
Task Engine reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time.
4.2 Recurring Subscription Plans
Affiliates earn recurring commissions on subscription plans only. Commissions are paid each time the referred customer is successfully billed, as long as:
• The subscription remains active
• Payment is successfully processed
• Your affiliate account remains in good standing
Commissions stop immediately if the customer cancels, fails payment, or is refunded.
4.3 One-Time Plans
Affiliates earn a one-time commission on single-payment plans. No recurring commissions apply to one-time purchases.
4.4 Upgrade and Plan Change Tracking
If a referred customer signs up for a free plan, lower-tier plan, or trial and later upgrades to a paid plan, the original referring affiliate will receive commission credit on all qualifying upgrades, provided attribution remains intact.
4.5 Lifetime Attribution
Once a referred user becomes a paying customer, they are permanently attributed to the original affiliate. This includes all future billing cycles, upgrades, and plan changes.
Lifetime attribution remains valid unless fraud, abuse, or policy violations are detected.
4.6 No Double Commissions
Only one affiliate may receive commission per customer.
Commissions will not be paid on duplicate accounts, agency-created sub-accounts, or any structure designed to generate multiple commissions from the same customer.
Task Engine reserves the right to determine proper attribution and reverse or deny duplicate commissions.
4.7 Commission Eligibility
A commission is earned when:
• A user clicks your affiliate link
• The user completes a qualifying purchase within the 365-day window
• The transaction is successfully processed
• The transaction is not refunded or disputed
4.8 Non-Qualifying Transactions
Commissions will not be paid for:
• Self-referrals
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Refunded or chargeback transactions
• Duplicate, transferred, or manipulated accounts
• Untracked referrals
5. Payments
Commissions are paid monthly on a Net-30 basis after verification.
Minimum payout threshold is $50.
Payments are issued after transactions clear and are confirmed valid.
5.1 Adjustments and Clawbacks
Task Engine reserves the right to reverse commissions for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or fraud.
Commissions may be held for review for up to 90 days to ensure transaction validity.
6. Attribution Rules
Attribution is determined first by cookie tracking prior to purchase and then by account-level assignment after conversion.
If a user clicks multiple affiliate links before purchasing, the last-click model applies.
Once a user converts to a paying customer, lifetime attribution applies.
7. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must promote Task Engine honestly and accurately.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including disclosure requirements for affiliate relationships.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
• Bid on Task Engine branded keywords without permission
• Use spam or unsolicited outreach
• Misrepresent Task Engine or its services
• Create fake accounts or manipulate the system
• Attempt to generate multiple commissions from the same customer
• Use unauthorized coupon or deal sites
9. Termination
Task Engine reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time.
Upon termination, all future commissions are forfeited. Lifetime attribution may be revoked in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications
Task Engine may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
Task Engine is not responsible for tracking failures, technical issues, or indirect damages related to participation in the Program.
12. Relationship of Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors. This Agreement does not create any partnership, employment, or joint venture.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
